Grade Ten Buddies

Last Friday we met our grade 10 buddies from our high school for the very first time. Our students were so excited that they stood by our window to watch them walk over! We spent some time interviewing each other and then we had a few minutes to read together. It was a special time of making connections and getting to know each other. It was exciting for me to see a few students I had taught way back in grade 2! We will see our buddies again in about 2 weeks.
